How RSVP priority and limited capacity work

Event seats are released in stages so active members can plan ahead. Each listing shows the RSVP opening time, venue capacity, and whether a standby list will be used once the main allocation fills.

1

Priority window opens

Members with active status receive the first RSVP window for chapter-hosted screenings and meetups. Opening times are posted on the event card in advance.

2

Seats confirm by capacity

RSVPs are confirmed in the order they are received until venue capacity is reached. A confirmation message is sent with arrival timing and local host notes.

3

Standby list activates

If the event fills, later requests move to standby. Open spots are offered if confirmed attendees cancel before the published cutoff time.

4

Arrival rules apply

Late arrivals, guest limits, and venue-specific check-in rules are enforced per listing so hosts can keep entry orderly and within local capacity terms.

What to expect before you attend

  • • RSVP does not guarantee guest access unless the listing explicitly allows it.
  • • Some high-demand matches may use shorter confirmation deadlines to reassign unused spots.
  • • Hosts may close check-in once the venue reaches its approved attendance limit.

Venue notice

Third-party venue rules always apply

Our viewing events, discussion nights, and fan meetups may be hosted in partner pubs, cafes, private event rooms, or other community spaces. Admission, seating, entry timing, age restrictions, dress expectations, food and beverage minimums, and bag or security policies can vary by venue and by city.

By reserving or attending, members agree to follow the rules of the host venue, local building requirements, and any applicable city or state policies in effect at the time of the event. If a venue updates access conditions, capacity limits, or service rules, those updates take precedence for that event.

  • Please review RSVP details carefully before arrival.
  • Bring valid identification when a venue requires age or reservation verification.
  • Questions about a specific event can be directed through our contact form before attending.

Member Stories

What regular matchday meetups feel like

A few snapshots from supporters who joined local screenings, post-match talks, and smaller chapter gatherings. These are everyday community moments, not staged highlight reels.

Supporters chatting around a table before a football watch party

Jordan, Boston chapter

Joined for away-match watch nights

"I was looking for a place where the conversation kept going after the final whistle. The group was easy to settle into, and the RSVP notes made it clear what to expect before I showed up."

Small group of football fans watching a match together in a casual venue

Elena, Chicago chapter

Attends weekend screening events

"The best part is that events feel organized without being rigid. Sometimes it is a bigger screening, other times it is a smaller discussion group. Both work if you want to meet people at your own pace."

Two supporters greeting each other at an indoor football meetup

Marcus, Seattle chapter

Started with one meetup, now attends monthly

"I appreciated that attendance expectations and venue rules were spelled out in advance. It made the first visit simple, and now I mostly come back for the familiar faces and football conversation."
